2021 Pool Season

Is there any restrictions related to COVID-19 currently? 

As of May 21, 2021, there is no restrictions related to COVID-19 applicable to the outdoor pools. We ask our members to wear mask where they can’t social distance and when they are using restroom.  Lifeguards will provide reminders.  Disinfectant wipes are available for your use to clean tables, chairs and chaises before and after your use. Masks are available upon request in case.

Will lifeguards wear masks? 

No, lifeguards will not wear mask when they are on duty at guard chair.

Will there be a capacity limit for the pool? 

No restrictions for outdoor pools as of May 21, 2021. We can operate our pool at its maximum capacity which is 248 people in the main pool and 26 people in the baby’s pool.  

What happens if a resident is at the pool and ends up testing positive? 

We ask residents to make us aware of any positive testing. We will notify members who were at the pool that day without naming any names.

Can I rent a facility for a party? 

The pool and clubhouse are available for rental.  Please contact Kathy, the community manager at kglover@pelicanmgt.come to get more information. 

Where can I find SCRA Handbook/Rulebook? 

The Handbook can be found under the resident dashboard documents section or at Pelican’s portal. 

How can I add family members? 

You have a option to add child/dependent or sitter under your household page once you logged into your account.  Please note that you can only add your household members and sitters who will take care of your children.  

Is there Wi-Fi available? 

We do not have Wi-Fi at the rec facility since no internet service is available for the facility building currently.  

When am I allowed to bring guests?

       Beginning July 14, 2021, each member household will be allowed to bring 4 guests throughout the season.
