2022 Pool Season: May 28 – September 5

Pool Hours:

May 28th – Memorial Day Monday          Standard pool hours
May 31st- June 3rd Tue thru Fri              3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

June 4 – 5 Sat thru Sun                         Standard pool hours

Standard Pool Hours: Open          Close
                              11:00 AM    8:00 PM

NOTE: On weekdays when standard pool hours are effective, we will have two guards from 11 am to 4pm. During this time, there will be a 15-minute break at the end of each hour and no swimming is allowed. The rest of pool hours, there will be no break time.

2022 Guest Policy and Guest Pass  

Each household is permitted a maximum of four (4) guests per day.  All guests must have a guest pass when sign-in at the gate.  Owners must pre-purchase a guest pass online at Summitchaserec.com. Each guest pass is $5/pass. Bulk guest pass packages are available for discounted price.  No free passes will be issued.  Owners must remain at the pool facility with their guests.  Guests must not be left alone without their owner/host.  Guests are required to sign the COVID-19 Waiver.  Owners are responsible for their guests, and for informing them of the pool rules and regulations. The Board will continue to reevaluate the guest policy and notify residents of any changes to the policy. Please prepay your guest pass under the Guest Passes. 

Facility Rental for Party 

The pool, Sun-shade Pavilion and clubhouse are available for rental this season.  Please make reservation under the Facility and contact Jennifer, the community manager at jennifer@pelicanmgt.come to get more information.

Other Q&A

How can I add family members? 

You have a option to add child/dependent or sitter under your household page once you logged into your account.  Please note that you can only add your household members and sitters who will take care of your children.  

Is there Wi-Fi available? 

We do not have Wi-Fi at the rec facility since no internet service is available for the facility building currently.
